Quality Assurance Plan

The Quality Assurance Plan is composed by all means and the processes to ensure a successful project. It contains:

• the list of roles assigned to the members of each team,
• communication structures that will be used during the project (meetings, deliverables, roles, …),
• technical environments required to carry the project (development, test, integration, production, …),
• organization means dedicated to quality, through clear and unambiguous definition of resources directly in charge of project quality,
• development, test, delivery, issues management procedures.
