In 2004, at the creation of JUMP Technology, China was not the preferred location for IT off-shoring.
JUMP Technology's founders, thanks to their understanding of China, their experience in IT, followed their intuition and decided to set up an offshore development platform in Shanghai.
Rapid changes in China support the development of the IT industry: educational system investments, increasing English proficiency, research and development in new technologies; governmental actions to encourage technology companies establishment. China became in a few years a key player in the IT offshoring, providing good quality services and products at a low price.
